May You Be Forever Young

I’m Andrew Einspruch, author and filmmaker. I have a life-long (*cough*) interest in longevity and anti-aging.

I’ve had over 40 children’s books published (both fiction and non-fiction), have written for television, have produced film projects, including the feature film Finding Joy and the documentary Seven Days with Seven Dogs, through my company Laughing Owl Productions.

I believe strongly in the capacity of humans to stretch our natural lifespan through a combination of mental, physical, and emotional fitness, and hope that May You Be Forever Young will help us all stay up with the latest in life extension, longevity, and anti-aging, be it the effects of meditation or the latest scientific discoveries.
